We connect anglers who want exclusive water to landowners who already have it. Here's the deal.
For anglers
- One subscription, many spots. Pick Trail, Pro, or Guide. Each tier gives you monthly credits that refresh every cycle.
- Book a session. Reserve a window — short evening sit, full-day push. Cost in credits is set by the landowner, weighted by quality.
- Geofenced check-in.When you arrive, the app confirms you're actually there. No-shows free the slot for someone else.
- Location reveal at booking. The exact pin, gate code, and host contact unlock after you reserve.
For landowners
- Recurring revenue, not per-trip fees. Every month, CastPass pools subscriber dollars and pays you a share weighted by your quality score, reviews, and how heavily your spot got fished.
- You stay in control. Set capacity (max anglers at once), max booking length, and geofence radius.
- Off-season still pays.Because anglers don't cancel subscriptions in February, the pool keeps flowing.
Why subscription, not per-trip
Two reasons. First, every per-trip transaction is another Stripe fee — death by a thousand cuts at scale. Second, the moment an angler and landowner know each other, they can cut us out and settle privately. Subscription + hidden location until booking keeps the marketplace whole.
